1. Tell us more about Kultured Bodies- what services do you offer and how long have you been established?

Kultured Bodies provides one to one fitness training, small group training and personalized training programs. Kultured Bodies was officially established in January 2021 but started personal training January 2020.

2. What inspired you to start this venture?

I discovered a new passion for fitness after having my 3rd child. What started as a goal to lose X amount of pounds turned into a journey learning to love my body. I had a strong interest in personal training - in January 2020 I completed my personal fitness trainer certification. After training my first few clients my passion and ideas continued to grow. I spoke with close friends and family about a vision I had - to one day have a place where people can go not only to train but also receive a variety of health and wellness services from providers of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Hence Kultured Bodies.

3. What kind of response have you received from the northern community?

The response from clients have been positive. It can be challenging putting myself out and "advertising" so in the coming months I hope to give Kultured Bodies more exposure.

4. What's in the future for Kultured Bodies?

In the near future I plan to launch Kultured Bodies on social media platforms where I share training tips, work outs, meals prep ideas and overall health and wellness motivation. Kiltured Bodies hopes to inspire people to listen, learn and love their bodies.
